Delivery Policy

Deliveries are only made within the Memorial Hospital Central and Memorial Hospital North. If a patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, your gift will be delivered at the earliest opportunity. If a patient has been discharged or we are unable to locate the patient (i.e., silent patient), you will not be charged. Sometimes, due to health-related restrictions, a product cannot be delivered. If so, you will be contacted.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Please note that substitutions may be made on flower and balloon arrangements if the products is unavailable (a substitute will always be a similar product of equal value). Due to safety concerns, no latex balloons are allowed in the hospital.

Age appropriateness is stated on the toys/plush item description. Please ensure the child is old enough for the item before ordering.
