Memorial Hospital is committed to

Memorial Hospital Board of Directors has approved the operation of
a Corporate Compliance Program. The Corporate Compliance Program is
designed to promote ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable
laws and regulations.
Memorial Hospital’s Corporate Compliance Program contains the core requirements of a
corporate compliance program as set forth in compliance guidance
documents issued by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of
Health and Human Services. The core requirements are: (1) developing
open lines of communication, (2) implementing compliance and practice
standards, (3) designating a compliance officer, (4) conducting
appropriate training and education, (5) conducting internal monitoring
and auditing, (6) responding appropriately to detected offenses and
developing corrective action, and (7) enforcing disciplinary standards
through well-publicized guidelines.
